We came across Kiko Wu quite accidentally (she shares the same name as our art designer!) and were immediately taken by her charm, wit and fun sex-appeal. KIKO: Exercise. A lot. I love to eat- I eat like a horse. This means that I have to spend a great deal of time making sure I stay skinny. What do I do? The BIG lifts. Squat, Deadlift, Power cleans. Heavy weight, low reps. Little 5lb vinyl dumbbells are for wimps. I also throw in some Yoga once a week. Reading. Mostly studying but I also have a thing for erotic books. Just finished reading ³On a Bed of Rice² an anthology of Asian-American erotic fiction. Also, I¹m a bit of a Trekie. Try to watch it whenever I can. And last but not least, work on my Web page; Answer my Email (VERY time consuming); Nag my friends to help me do all the stuff I don¹t know how to do on my page.
