Aaron Rintoul and his artwork are one of these rare gems. A fantastic and stylish artist, not only by internet standards, but also by gallery standards, Aaron has conveyed his ideas through paint, sound, and photograph. Each piece of Aaron’s work takes upon an entity all its own. The void faces, frail bodies, atmospheric soundscapes, and tapestries of color and textured landscape: all of these elements combine to form pieces of work that are not merely individual but take the viewer into a place that is strange and new, another world created and controlled by Rintoul.
While still using paint and photography for concept pieces, Rintoul has began to pursue directing his worlds on film. A five-minute short film with direction by Rintoul is currently in production, as well as several gallery showings starting this winter.
