More than this, however, I am continually striving to channel the vanilla crowd towards acceptance and further enhance Scene Players by way of introducing them to new forms of Play. I only feel it is fair since I've had numerous wonderful mentors in the way of Scene Play, and have learned much from them, and am therefore compelled to share what I have learned. I by no means profess knowledge of even half of all there is to learn about Play, but I believe that we cannot grow unless we share and have a willingness to learn. It is so important that newcomers to the Scene understand that Play is all about exploring the joys of the flesh and mind in an exuberant manner. Fantasy can be transformed to reality, provided it is done so safely, sanely and consensually. |
| One of the methods I have utilized to share the experiences of myself
and others has been via my 'zine, Redemption. I published Redemption for
four years and produced 21 issues in total before its untimely demise.
All back issues are still available and further information can be found
on my Redemption/Mistress Xandria web site. I continue to write articles
for other fetish publications and expand my web site to include new material
as time permits.
I also established a web cam entitled "XanCam", wherein I provide an Internet show once per week for about an hour. XanCam allows viewers to have a realistic peek into my life as I truly live it. Individuals may find some shows boring and others exciting. What I do promise is something different each time. I have displayed myself: building lego, cooking, in a flogging play session, having a bath, preparing for a fetish event, bathing my cat, conducting a Wiccan ceremony and more. Each show is accompanied by a commentary written by myself, explaining in more detail what transpired or will transpire during a show (i.e. for my flogging show, I explained the concept of safe, sane and consensual CP play to my vanilla audience). I have intentions of revealing more Play via my web cam, along with an appropriately written commentary -- all in good time. |
